AVOID OCTATEL AT ALL COSTS!!!

Absolute disgrace of a company! No regard for clients and constant disruptions to the connection. No prior warnings when being shut off for maintanence and have gone 3 days this week without internet! AVOID OCTATEL AT ALL COSTS! No conpensation for work lost either, penalties on our behalf for no work on those days or even paying for the days lost which is a lot now! Useless provider to say the least! They happy to take full payment but provide half service.
