ASHAMED ON THE WAITING PERIOD

I have been waiting for my fibre installation from Octotel from March 17th 2021 my router had been delivered and they officially just finished off this week 2 and 1/2 months later . In the mean time I had to by daily data bundles for myself as i work from home and same for the rest of my family .Do you have any idea howmuch of an inconvenience you have caused us ? we were promised it would be installed by mid April then again begining May and now we at end March basically almost beginning of June . How should we be happy wiht this service is their was no contact made on this dealy or an apology for the inconvenience caused ? and still you want to charge us R649- i think you should review your package deal to us ..as we have been very patient after having to call you guys every single week .

I would appreciate you guys looking into this to compensate the time period we waited
