A note on negative reviews.

Brilliant, friendly service. I changed ISPs recently and within a week Octotel had contacted me, asking if I'd like the new ISP activated that day. The call was casual and friendly. Within 20 seconds the deal was done. Extremely efficient.

Let's get real, the majority or reviews here are negative. Why? Because people are far more willing to voice complaints than show praise. When a service is done effectively, customers are usually like "meh" and carry on with their day. They don't want to put in the effort to sign into Hellopeter or any other review site. Therefore no compliment or praise is given. So, when reviewing a product or service given here on HP, keep that in mind.
