A complete mess left behind

Octotel installed fiber in our street (Albion Rd) in Rondebosch by digging up the pavements and replacing the tar. They however have left a complete mess of rubble, stones etc on the pavements and moved on. I have tried emailing them to no avail. This is unacceptable if they expect us to choose them for our fiber option.
