3 days to migrate a line!

Absolutely shocking service from this company. It has 3 days and they have not migrated my line to my new ISP. This is a purely digital process and cannot possibly take more than 3 days to complete. Working from home has become a nightmare with this ridiculous situation. Get your act together!
