Worst Debt Agency

All I really want is a contact number for this place. 3 years ago I asked to be removed from their agency but it still shows on my ITC report that I'm under debt review. I'm by means now to sort out my debt and settle it but they do not want to help me but when u sign up with them they are seemingly eager to help. I want answers and a response ASAP. My whole life is literally on hold!!!
