Worst company ever.

This company is refusing to give me my documents that my debt review has been stopped, everytime its a diffrent story, first i had to give them payed up letters of all the places i have owed money before, now its a diffrent story now i have to pay them the money i owe them before they give me the documents, in 2016 i have cancelled my debt review but it was never cancelled now they want me to pay them for services renderd, i wanted to make a debit order of 150 each month for the money i owe in return i want my documents, they do not even have the decency to answer me back, they are refusing me, im struggling from last week already.
