Untrusted Debt Review company from Old Mutual

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I've been on Debt Review since January 2012 - going for 4.5 years now, and I don't seem to get answers from the company when I ask for my period of repayment plan.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was telephonically informed that it will be 5y but up until now, no-one can give me an answer. It seems I owe as much as what was originally outstanding and up until now I've paid more than what was originally owed to my creditors.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then received a call informing that Octogen seized to pay one of my creditors - be advised that it's escalated to more than one now - they said that I am owing money, and now I'm being threatened with legal processed and costs.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am already in financial difficulty, trying to get my record clear, now I'm sitting with extra problems that I shouldn't even be dealing with.</p> <p> </p> <p>How do I resolve this? I know of people who have been with other institutions, who's debt review went smooth, but for some or other reason these people don't have a clue what they're doing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Am I allowed to move to someone else - hoping that it can be resolved, or what should I do if no-one returns my calls or responds to my emails...</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanking you in advance,</p> <p>M Nel</p>
