Unsatisfactory service

I have one account keeping me from beeing cleared after alot of years and i believe not much is being done to get a reaponse from that company. I receive emails being CC in it but its been months and that certain company did not respond once. So why is money being payed into that account. I feel that they are not taking the clients emotions and frustration into account.
