Unsatisfactory

Hi, I have been with Octogen for 9 months, and I am totally unhappy with their service, when I call they are no where to be found, when we began the process the lady by the name of Matilda was assisting me, now she doesn't answer my calls nor respond to my messages, and I am so not satisfied at all, which now makes me want to withdraw from the arrangement , I have really thought that it would be easier with them.
