Unhappy client

A few months ago i posted of the bad service i received from Octogen and they rep**** by telling me they will resolve the issue with the one account. I received an email stating that the account does not exist and they send me a form to complete to get clearance certificate. After that was done i sent numerous emails with no reply, and the best part is they still keep on deducting every month. Very bad service delivery.
