Unhappy client

I'm not happy at all with octogen. They promised to pay my depths only to find out they are paying few of them n even in those 2 they pay small amounts, when you write them emails they talk about calling and I want everything to be in black and white. I want to terminate the contract because it is putting a stain on my finances, the creditors keep on calling and writing messages. I'm so disappointed
