Hi my name is Siphamandla Siyhembiso Mngadi

I am under debt review to octogen and I am not happy for what I was been told the first time I started because I was told that once the start Debit other credit providers they won't debit but this month when octogen start debit and credit providers debited too , I don't have money with me even to travel to work , buy food and I don't what to do now...My debt review trying to assist me getting my money back from finchoice and fnb but they are not responding to the emails sent to them ...when I went to my banking profile on fnb loans , They updated that next month's they debit again , I wish they can speed the process in order to receive my money back..as a refund ....now I am not sure that I will be refunded.. ..I am very stressed and I am regretting why I accepted debt review ....

I would like to advise you that I am still waiting for Help as I am speaking now I don' know how to go to work , please assist me even if they can reverse the money they deduct in my account...in order for me to continue working ...yesterday I heard different stories the auditors they were not informed... now they make it my problem.... I will be happy if I can get an refund urgently...🤨🤨🤫😏

Kindly be advised that I am still waiting for finchoice refund, the are not responding to my debt review.. at all now and last time they asked for my bank statement , certified I d and we sent the documents to them , no one responded from them..

Could please assist if you can ...atleast to get respond from them ... refund amount is R 2149.47
