Uncer*****y, no visions or values

I previously wrote on here about them and looks like this is the only way they respond. I submitted my divorce decree and I'd in April already and now that it is November, which my things have still not been sorted out so that is 7 months, they now want another copy of it for the court. Which by the way they say the court date is for the 13th of December. But the court closes in December. In 7 months they have taken R2800 from my account, my creditors are not being paid( I could have paid 4 of my loans off already) this process was only supposed to take 6 to 8 weeks and not the whole year. If I email customer services I get a reference number and that's that no answer back. Very angry not happy with this service at all. I actually don't feel like my debt is being taken care of I also don't know how long this period will be for. There is just so many uncer*****ies right now.
