Thank you to all the staff of Octogen

I have written previous reviews and I am going to write one again, for utmost time Octogen has come to my aid. What consumers don't understand that interns of the law this Act that provides the consumers with protection, comes under fire very single day via court actions from financial institutions. If it was not for Octogen and their staff I would have had nothing. I would have lost everything I owned. The whole system is constantly evolving and it is still relatively a Act with laws that's in its infant stages. You need to be self disciplined, and do your part as well. This process isn't just your normal everyday quick fix. It takes time, and you are going to face challenges from financial institutions. One must understand that when under such tremendous financial pressure you cannot face the challenges that you are going to endure. Things like legal firms that actually buys your dept as a commodity, from those you owe. Some even buy your dept back. They conveniently change your account numbers so your payments go in default. Rather go and ask yourself why did you choose to pay double for something to someone that only gets that half for doing nothing, except for providing you with credit, by doing so gaining money from your hard work. If you are not happy with the person you dealing with, there is more employees. How many of you that criticised Octogen actually went to court on "your" court day? Do you think that you are the only person that needs assistance? It is not so easy getting out of dept as it is to get in to dept. If and when I needed help Octogen was there for me and they did a great job. Some of us get forced into these situations by things that happen in our lives and some are just plain reckless when it comes to credit. None of you blame yourselves or your habits. This is not an aircraft flight where you just pay the airline and it just takes you to your destination. You still need to board the aircraft collect and present your luggage and retrieve it. Just stop buying things on credit because all you are doing is paying someone double for doing absolutely nothing, but providing you with credit. You created your problem and now you need to deal with it. I cannot point to one day or event that I can say that Octogen was not there for me. You also need to bring your side and give some effort. Because if you don't you are leaving them to fight for you with one arm tied behind their backs. Thank you to all the staff of Octogen.
