Terrible service!!!!!!!

I don't know what the point of your ticket system is because I am still waiting for someone to get back to me.

I have 2 accounts that have been over paid and as a result I have to make means to sort out the refunds since you guys are clearly not checking how much has been paid over to my creditors and this is not the 1st time this has happened, last month I had the same issue. Communication has been sent to you guys but nothing has been done about this. Can someone please do their job and update my account asap.

Can you please send me an actual update of what accounts are still active on my profile and what is outstanding? Hopefully this time i will get a response.
