Terrible

In 2022 I app**** for debt review, I have been advised to open a new bank account. I had to sign a debit order form for my account to be debited monthly, I did it adding the new banking details to the form. They proceed to attempt to debit my old account which I never gave them permission to do so, I attempted via calls, whatsapp and email to inform them of they suspended my services and I had to deal with my creditors which I did, but now they handed me over to pay their service fees and I have this listing on my name which I never even used. Terrible.
