Taking out policy without consent
I would like to lodge a formal complaint. I've been under debt review since 2017. It's now come to my attention that octagen took out a credit policy on my behalf which have paid more than 35 000. I never gave consent for this policy to be taken out. Also when I now did some investigation and received the policy documents from Zest Investments it includes credit cards which have been paid off in 2019 already. I want this policy to be canceled because I never gave consent. I am extremely upset about this. My debts should have been paid but you took out a policy and wasted more than 35 000 of my hard earned money. I await to urgent hear from you.

11 Jan 2023, 11:02I would also like to add that I went to african bank last Saturday and accordin to them only 8000 has been paid on one of the two loans that I have with them. I have since downloaded my completed statement since starting the debt review and its shows that from 2017, each month over 2000 has been deducted for the african bank loan. I also require the reason why it's not reflecting at african bank. I will be going back to the bank on Saturday to show them the statement from 2017
