STRUGGLING TO GET MY CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE

I have complained about the service I am getting from Octogen regarding my clearance certificate. I can't seem to have this resolved. Someone from Octogen said they will investigate,I never got feedback from them so I followed up again.

When I followed up again,an sms was sent to me saying there are paid up letters outstanding. How can I have paid up letters outstanding when I have sent them everything and they confirmed that all paid up letters are saved up they have everything.

This is so unnecessary and just delaying the process of me getting my clearance certificate qnd clearing my name.

This is going on for far too long.

How do I report these people and where. Can someone assist me in reporting these people
