Still waiting for my refund after years

<p>I am No longer a client of Octogen and thank goodness for that.</p> <p> </p> <p>So, I thought this company owed me R3881.20 .. after months of fighting i know find out they wrongly allocated my money to Nedbank & the amount has increased to over R7000.00. </p> <p>I am so mad; I alsways have to call them and email them(Octogen). Last Friday i demanded to speak to the manager and every time they tell me the manager cannot talk, i then get an sms to say my matter has been escalated... still no manager has called!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been fighting for years with octogen for a refund , i have spent data, airtime ,time and done my own research on their behalf ... and still NO REFUND. On Friday an agent called Ernest tells me i should have called him to remind him to follow up with Refund. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>What is it going to take to get my money from them.... I went to a lawyer and started proceeding... i have printed all my emails over the 5 year period i have been with Octogen....</p> <p>Enough is Enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
