Still listed even thought no debt for 2 years

I paid my debts of almost 2 years ago. Some were paid over 5y ears ago, yet Octogen still have me listed as being under debt review. I have had no contact from them, even thought I have bought up the issues 3 times over the past 3 years. <br> They do nothing, have not managed my account, do not collect payment - nothing, yet I was issues a R6000+ invoice. I paid this for a quick resolution.<br> NOTHING WAS DONE, exect I was told there is now an extra R105 due on my account?<br> WHAT IS GOING ON. I want my name delisted and BACKDATED as it should be. You are ruining my life.<br> <br> I am sick of going back to you over and over and nothing changes. I PAY YOU. YOU DO YOUR JOB. YOU CONTACT And you get confirmation of closure of accounts. What have I paid you for? It was not managed and no collection of fees was done - so no PDA and now you want ME to do you Job.<br> <br> I will gladly do this if you return my R6000 that I am sure I did not owe you.<br>
