Sonnette at OCTOGEN!!!!!!!!
I got a call from Sonnette at OCTOGEN on the 20 May 2022. She provided to offer me a settlement amount of half of the charges that was initially quoted. I accepted the offer as that showed that the company was willing to meet me half way due to their service failure. Thank you Sonnette for your compassion on the call. A repayment deal was struck and I'm satisfied. Thank you HelloPeter for your assistance in this regard. It is fulfilling to know that your platform gets things resolved. A matter that took 5 months with no resolution until I complaint on this platform. Merci
