Hellopetor I have problem I went to oldmutual for a consolidation loan to pay out my debt this year I went there around april or may.after some months I got a call from were I went to ask some help at Capetown prominate the lady told me that their see that I wanted consolidation I say yes .she told me there is a lady that going to call me.after I dropped the phone she called me she said I can come with my paysllip I did as she said. The appointment was for 1 o'clock. The lady is Gretna she help me and time later she said I'm suppose to pay R2000 something but she can reduce the amount. I signed the form after that I ask when do I get the money to pay the account and how much..she said no my application was not thrue she put to the company to pay off my debt and that is me who is going to pay R1000 and something to the company..I went to bellville oldmutual to complain and the lady checked for me and she said there was no application that was done for me for consideration loan. I call the number that keep giving me massages I ask them to cancel the lady said that can not be canceled I owe the company. Please help me
