Service is beyond terrible
This is really getting boring. I wrote a complaint concerning Octogen they attended to my issue and then proceeded to give me the wrong clearance certificate, this is almost a month ago i then sent 3 polite emails telling them they gave me the wrong clearance certificate and they never responded ,hellopeter is thee only way you can get their attention cause this is thee only time our issues are taken seriously . If you ever get into trouble and are considering Debt review play far away from Octogen, the moment you get your act together providing service to help you clear your name is next to nothing

If you are saying I never sent any paid up letters whatsoever don't the following email addresses belong to you? Cause it's funny I have going back and forth with you guys concerning this

*** (23 June 2022 address not found,this is the email address I was to forward every conversation I have had and yet it did not go through ,you then proceeded to tell me I have not sent anything?? Honestly this is insulting, Your not taking me seriously
