Satisfied with services Rendered

I recently Gave Octogen 1star review. I was given feedback from the Dr executive regarding balances owed to them. In reply she told me they have written it off and I don't iwe them anything. They are also busy in the process of refunding me with overdue payments on 4 of my accounts.
