Rogue and Unprofessional consultant

Very disgusted with Octogen and their service, I spoke to Miss Thabisile Ndlovu, i received her number from a lady called Thuli who works with her and told me that she is the last person who spoke to my(OUR) client and has the complete knowledge of the account, when I called Thabisile Ndlovu she was so rude and rogue with no professionalism and completely no respect, she started shouting at me before i could even finish a sentence, she was cutting me off when i trying to ask her if was all the information explained to the client she just told me to talk to her manager Bianca who was also unprofessional, who when i told her about the behavior of her stuff also hung up , when i called again she said the telkom network is bad. i am very hurt by the way they treat people even the client said thats how they treat him when he called.

how can someone handle people and yet carry themselves in that manner? Thabisile should not even be allowed to liaison with clients she should be left cleaning the toilet with that attitude of hers, she could not possibly mount to anything in such a behavior.
