Prolonged review

<p>I am very unhappy with the service, they keep asking me to get paid up letters which is their job, and when I do even though I am in a credit they still ask me to pay what's outstanding to my creditors. I email and call on a daily basis to get this started and nobody takes ownership. I need to still pay admin fees every month when my debt should all be paid and I feel they are purposefully prolonging the process. Will I ever get my clearance certificate? Or do I have to slander you company on social media as well?</p>
