Please help me Octogen *****ed me

I mentioned earlier on that I was referred to Octogen by an Old Mutual white female consultant while I wanted to apply for consolidation saying i don't qualify but refer me to another Old Mutual at another place in the same town.

When I got there i was welcomed by a white gentleman who briefly told me about debt counselling and provided the documents to sign and told me that he'll talk to my creditors and I must go change my bank account and come back to him.

I did change my bank account but me someone advised me to ask my creditors to deduct lesser amount.So after meeting this person I didn't go back to the debt counsellor anymore but.ask my creditors for leeser deductions and they agreed.

Then at the end of the month I got a message from Octgen guy that I owe them.I was surprised because he did nothing for me and i ignored the message.He kept on sending me messages every month end still i ignored them until I didn't receive any message from him.

I just realised now of late that I'm under debt review when I went to buy a car on credit.And when I ask around what's the meaning of debt review i was told about debt consolidation then I remembered that it was Octogen!

Please help me because I also want to buy a house and still it's going to be difficult for me.I didn't render Octogen's service,I don't owe them!
