Pathetic Service!!!
Been a client of Octogen, lost my job and decided to cancel with them as my debts are now prescribed but they send me from pillar to post, it's been 2 years now. I'm no longer a client of them and haven't been for years but they just can't give me withdrawal forms.

Following up yet again. Was promised feedback "shortly" and that was 7 days ago. Can I be cancelled from this program (Debt Review) and given proof thereof. This is long overdue honestly!!!

As previously advised, your matter is being investigated. Your application dates back to 2012, so, going back into the file and all correspondence that far, does take some time. Having said that, I have managed to find a couple of correspondence pieces where you have been fully advised in terms of what is needed to conclude your request, and as this is a legal process, what is required cannot just be overlooked.
Once finalized, you will receive an email setting out full details.
