Paid up letter

I'm so heart broken and hurt about Octogen and how they handling my case they refusing to accept the paid letter that was issued by Woolworths,my life is stuck because of them I did email to complains but nothing has been done, in conclusion that means they won't remove my name under dept review😭😭😭
