PAID UP ALL MY DEBTS BUT I CANNOT GET MY CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE

I'm so disgusted with the service Octogen has given me. It was nice for them when they were getting a fee from me now that I have paid up all my debts they are dragging my feet in giving me my Clearance Certificate. It's like I am asking them to commit a crime the way they are ignoring my emails. This is really appalling having to deal with such people. We reply on them to assist us financially but at the end they just not helpful anymore. Then what's the point of using them if they can't help us clear our names. Such companies should be dealt with accordingly as they don't deserve to service people. I'm really annoyed
