Old mutual and Debt Review Octogen worst experience

I have been listed under this 3rd party debt review by a man who goes by the name of Vhutshilo from old mutual he failed to indicate to me that it will be debt review and now I am struggling to get a hold of Jeanene Louw who is a recovery supervisor at Octogen, I am appauled by all of this as I was **** to, this was done on the 27 october yet i sent a email to them for cancelation the next day now they tell me they didn't receive it yet the 10 day working period neither has the 30 day working period has passed, Vhutshilo has mislead me and Old mutual into disregard as to what is sold to clients further more i seek to take legal action against both parties if this is not resolved
