OCTOGEN-WORST DECISION I MADE!!!!

Octogen is the worst when it comes to feedback and communication. You have to practically beg their councillors to call you back. I only recently joined them, and i feel this has been the worst decision I have made. I have made 2 payments and on the statement they sent me i see they have paid themselves the majority of the money, My bond is at risk, and these people at Octogen have made my life miserable. I am not getting any answers from anyone there...they dont keep you informed or updated!, they act like they doing you a favour!!!!, worst decision i could have made!
