Octogen what are you trying to do? You deducted R4600 for almost 5 years and took + - 2.3mil and you refunded me R800?

Hi my name is Gordon Mowers. I wrote a review about octogen how they deducted my money from for dept review for almost 5 years and none of my accounts where paid up, I counted my payments and came to an amount of almost 2.3mil I then received an email from a lady called Gail from octogen who said i must send my bank details to *** for a refund then they paid R800 into my account, I would like to know for what was the R800? I would like all my money back that they deducted because R800 will not help me get out of my financial problems
