Octogen- the worst debt review company.. EVER!!

Worst experience ever since inception of my debt review with them since 2014 to date. 1. They were ********* about the period of my debt review, I was told it would take 6 years and now the story was I would still be under debt review until 2027 2. They don’t care about their client, no communication with their clients unless you call them to check your balances 3 Their team leaders are rude and condescending 4. I terminated their services last week and only now they have sent me emails and sms’ that I should call them ASAP to remedy the situation and if I don’t call them they will tell my creditors that i am not cooperating.. really .. after seeing that balances have not moved an inch since inception !! Really!! Being with Octogen is like pouring money in a bottomless pit.. they keep taking your money and not helping you to get out of debt because your money serves their company: my advise ..take your money and run for the hills and help yourself out of debt!!
