octogen refuses to release me from debt review

I would kindly like hellopeter to help me find a solution in clearing my name . I was under debt review with octogen and now some of the creditors don't want to give me a prescription or written off letters since their accounts don't exist anymore . so now octogen is refusing to clear my name from the bureaus since they are busy asking for so many letters that those accounts don't show on a bureau and they don't exist anymore . please help sort these mess out I heard about hellopeter from sister she also has the same problem and now you help her and she's free
