Octogen is in the business of *****ing

I app**** for debt review with octogen, a consultant called me and I enquired about the process. She then advised me to do a single application and even told me to tell the debt counsellors that iam single. I then get a sms stating that I have cancelled the process, which i didnt, following an sms that I have been handed over to boshoff attorneys for an amount of R448. For what? Meanwhile they flagged my status at the credit bureau, and then who is going to lift that. So now the incompetence of their call centre agents becomes the consumers responsibility? I need answers because this is theft and incompetence and i will get a lawyer and take this to the media!!!
