Octogen is a *****

Good day. I write this review on behalf of my mother. She has had an arragement with octogen since 2017,to help settle/pay her debts. It has came to attention that octogen has not been paying Truworths ever since and the last payment made to Absa was in June2020. Accordying to our calculations she is suppose to be done paying all her debts by now. Truworths opening balance was R11.000.00 now it has gone upto R21.000.00. May you please assist me on what steps to take. Before going to open a case or going to court.
