OCTOGEN ESCALATORS NOT DEBT COUNSELORS- I WANT MY CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE

You guys are actually not helping people out of debts but imprisoning the more with debts, In my case i was suppose to get my clearance certificate from you without any hustles but now it looks like I'm owing you guys for the service which you never provided for more than 3 years. I stopped/canceled using guys 3 years ago and starting paying my own and i have managed to do so and PAID UP all off . How can you say I know owe you guys money for "Aftercare monthly feels"?, which aftercare is this and who where you looking after on my behalf?, my debts? this is totally unacceptable OCTOGEN ESCALATORS. Please help me doing an honorable thing, just send me my clearance certificate so that i can move on with my love peacefully without your name hanging on my neck., When i called to query this Thabisile told me that a lady by the name of Lindiwe sent me an SMS 3 years ago to inform of this payment i had to make, REALLY now and SMS?. and SMS 3 years ago?. how on earth can one company work like this, after i stopped using your guys services u claim to have sent me an SMS telling me that i owe u, u had my numbers and my email address but you claim to have sent me an SMS, I'm very disappointed on you actually make people's lives miserable .
