Octogen debt reviews

I am client I have paidup my account in January and email them paidup letter for sbcc. So this people they don't care about their customers I called them several times to stop paying that account till now they I still paying! My Nedbank account is overdue because they don't pay! Please help me am fed up with octogen debt review.
