Octogen debt review horrible service

I would just like to share my horrible experience I've had with Octogen debt solution , almost 6 years ago I app**** for debt review went through the process paid their handsome admin fee and paid almost 3k a month on my debts first 3 months went ok after that I started getting calls from my creditors that they are not either being paid or the installment is way to little a month naturally I tried following up with the agent Gretna which was no help , I phoned headoffice was given the runaround for weeks on end the only other way was I paid my own debts which I shouldve done from the start it's 6 years now I recently contacted them as I would like to get my debt review status removed after 6 years still the same ******* service it's almost 2 weeks now still no answer from them , totally disgusting they take your money put you on debt review and literally forget about you .. please stay away from Octogen
