Octogen debt review Form 19
For the last 5 days I've been trying to get clearance certificate from Octogen which I got, but Octogen a professional company makes the same mistake not once but twice on the clearance certificate after explaining to them where the mistake lies on the account number having an extra digit.Does Octogen employ kindergarden people in the clearance department that can't even get the simplest task correct
This is going on Hello Peter because I'm at my wits end. I want my clearance certificate now.

Please be advised that your Clearance Certificate has been issued and is just awaiting commissioning. Due to the fact that this is a legal process, all documentation needs to be signed off by a commissioner of oaths, once this has been done the relevant documents will be sent to the NCR, all credit providers and to yourself.
You should receive this informaation before the end of the week.
