OCTOGEN can’t help with my they keep on deleting my post on Facebook if I’m try to reach their offices. I’m still waiting for their response to solve the problem
One of your consultants Zanele in Richards Bay Branch under Old Mutual offices by that time in 2012 put me on debt review by just asking a quotation from her, the biggest mistake I made was to give her my id no. because till now credit bereu Transunion reflect as if I’m in debt review with OCTOGEN.
Now the biggest problem is that if I contact your offices I’m told that I don’t exist in OCTOGEN system and there is no file, reason that I don’t exist its because there was no court order nor any services OCTOGEN have provided to me. So now where am I gonna get that court order and clearance certificate and W form when we have no service agreement between me and OCTOGEN.
OCTOGEN someone must rectify this from Transunion because this documents they need they say you are the one who registered me under debt review but the truth of the matter is that I only requested a quotation from OCTOGEN and your system immediately throw me to the Transunion credit bereu.
How can I be in credit berue without even having a court order at least and you also don’t have a file of me. I will wait for a response from a responsible person who really know how he’s gonna take me out of this mess you have put me into.
