octogen and old mutual ruined my life

this company ruined my life ...old mutual told me that they consolidated my debt and the told me that they will be restructing my debts and i asked if its a debt review and they said NO and i told them that i dont want that thing at all,they told me no its only a rescructuring ...Boom to my suprise i was placed under debt review the one i asked them that i dont want at all ...i contacted the company octogen via email the one they sended me that the court wants and affividavit explaining my savings that they wont assist a person who has savings and funeral covers i replyed and told them that am not happy they must cancel this they didnt replay they went ahead to court with my consent evnen withouth the affivadit that was needed ofwhich i didnt do this company its a **** it has messed up my life now theyre telling me they closed the file now m stuck with a red flag and i dont know how to fight it back becuase it must go to court am so angry and ****ed.
