OCTOGEN AND FNB - THEY ARE NOT HERE TO HELP

I became a member with Octogen Jan 2018 - Their payments started being Feb 2018. All good. Then, May 2018-one of the accounts(FNB personal Loans) under Octogen starts deducting their monthly debit order again and will you believe it again in June 2018. This was deducted in addition to the money Octogen deducts. Now I have spoken to Octogen agents, the supervisors at FNB and to no avail. I am still not getting my money back. Do these people have no compassion or do they care that the money they took I use for my daily life?

They DO NOT CARE. FNB keeps asking me for documents that Octogen is supposed to provide and they are not paying my money back- THIS MAKES THEM THEIVES doesn't it
