Octogen - An unexpectedly smooth interaction
Devon D was exceptional at explaining the nuances involved. I especially appreciated him taking the time to discuss the exact methods that would be used to interact with all the various parties involved. Despite challenging call conditions making it difficult to hear clearly, Devon showed great patience in ensuring I understood every detail.
