Octogen

I Zweli Lesly Lushaba would like to complain about this company I wrote an email and tell them that I'm nolonger happy with their services they agree and gave a cancellation letter to my surprise I receive an sms stating I'm owing them R1900 today I also received sms stated that I'm owing them R2190 for what or which services they are trying to take advantage of me I want to warn other fellow south Africans to be careful about this company they must just give me my file that's all

I'm still waiting for the follow up email on octogen they promise to respond to me I've be waiting but nothing has materialize or should I involve Skhipha mafiles show I can do that struuu.
