Octogen
I have send emails and paid up letters to Octogen to remove me from debt counseling and issue a clearance certificate but they are not getting back to me.

With reference to and in response to your posting.
Please be advised that I have requested that the manager overseeing the preparation for Clearance Certificates to contact you and advise as to the current status of your request, as well as what may still be required.
I am aware that paid up letters on all your accounts have been requested and we are still awaiting responses from some of the creditors. Your Clearance Certificate may only be issued once all of these documents are in our possession.
