I feel sad to even give them a star. I have been under debt review since 2017 and was informed eight months ago all my accounts has been paid up, however no paid up letters received and still struggling to get my clearance certificate. For all the years being with them my account was debited smoothly, but their after sales service stinks!! About 2 months ago I called them and asked about my clearance certificate only to be told I still owe Standard bank a R15000, I went into Standard bank and they gave me a paid up letter. My frustration is how can this *********** Company have so many different stories and after being debt free for eight months still no clearance certificate. I need answers!!!!
