Not reliable and unprofessional services

These people are so unprofessional I was registered with them and they we suppose to have removed me from debt counselling but instead in getting that they have registered me under debt counselling from the 13/04/2018. I tries to call them but all I can get is that I should call back tomorrow; however when I registered with them and paid my money they promised to be available Monday to Friday. What type of a business does not cater for emergencies? I'm really shocked at the type of service I'm getting from them
